I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in the treatment of adolescents, adults, and couples. I received my graduate training at Temple University’s clinical science doctoral program under the mentorship of world-renowned leaders in the research and treatment of anxiety disorders. I completed my pre-doctoral internship at the Veterans Affairs NY Harbor Healthcare System, Brooklyn Campus.
I have extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction using cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness/acceptance-based, and psychodynamic approaches. I have also published research in the areas of anxiety disorders, anger/aggression, risk-taking, and substance use in various peer reviewed journals. Before becoming a clinical psychologist, I received a business degree from George Washington University and worked in finance and as a project manager for several years.
